Following recent posts to social media Amport Parish Council has released the following statement
All decisions made by the Parish Council are done within legal guidelines and procedures by a quorum of Councillors and NOT by any one individual.
Amport Parish Council take very seriously abuse and harassment of its members, they will not tolerate ANY abuse or harassment of any staff or volunteers involved with their organisation and where necessary any details of abuse will be passed to the relevant authority. This could mean reporting matters to the police and even taking legal action to prevent further incidents.
As part of our Neighbourhood Plan we need to know what kind of housing you would like to see in our parish. We would be most grateful if you could fill in this short survey.
When filling it in think about what you might need not just now but in the future? Would you like to downsize and stay in parish? Or upsize with more space. Would mobility friendly accomodation be helpful? Do you think we need more affordable housing?
We will also be looking at designs for housing which is also important.
Your answers will form part of the evidence we submit to create a policy which TVBC will have to give the same weighting as the overall Local Plan.
Many thanks
